Cancellation &
No Show Policy
Cancellations must be communicated with a minimum of 48- hour notice.Cancellations outside of this time frame or no shows will be charged 50% of the booked apppointment price.
Late
If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me and let me know that you are on the way. If you are 15 minutes or later, please note the services will have to be adjusted to the remaining time left during your allotted appointment time.
Refunds
Privacy Policy
I do not offer refunds on services rendered. I work endlessly to provide the best service services possible and work to make sure we achieve your desired hair goals, as discussed during the consultation prior to the beginning of your services.

In the event that your are unsatisfied with your hair you may reach out to the salon within 7days after your appointment to reevaluate & come to a conclusion on what needs to be done .
All the data gathered on the new- client intake form and online booking tool is for sole use of Megan Wages and will not be distributed otherwise.

To book an appointment with me, you are required to provide a card to keep on file.
This is for the purpose of upholding my cancellation & no - show policy. I do not have access to your card information for any other purpose.
